East African Portland Cement PLC invites reputable firms - manufacturers, distributors, contractors and professional service providers - to apply for prequalification under the categories listed below. The exercise is conducted in line with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, and PPRA Regulations, 2020.
Applicants must meet the mandatory statutory, financial and technical eligibility criteria set out in the prequalification document. Successful firms will be admitted to our supplier database for the FY 2024–2026 cycle and invited to bid on restricted tenders in their category.
