ENERGY MANAGEMENT YIELDS ACCOLADE
The 2009 Energy Management Awards (EMA) were held on 26th march 2010 at the Hotel Intercontinental. The awards which are held annually, honor players in the manufacturing and services sector for efficient energy utilization.
EAPCC began its journey to the EMA on 1st August 2009 when the Company adopted its Energy Policy. The subsequent months presented focused Energy conservation campaigns that were driven by the Works team in order to ensure that energy wastage was a thing of the past at EAPCC.

And the positive response adopted by the Company in Energy Conservation and Management has started to bear fruits with EAPCC scooping the 1st runners up prize at the EMA’s in Fuel Saving under the Large Consumers Category.

The Company was also nominated in the Best Energy Management Team Award. With this modest win EAPCC continues to strive forward in the quest for total Energy Efficiency and Management and we look forward to being 1st in next year’s Awards.
