2nd October 2009 Venue: Sultan Hamud - Kabini
The recent completion and successful hand over of the 3 Kabini Hill CSR projects comes as sign of East African Portland Cement Company’s continued contribution towards the development of education in the country. EAPCC ISO CERTIFICATION
East African Portland Cement Company officially received the prestigious ISO 9001:2008 certification on Tuesday 28th July 2009. The award comes after much hard work. The ISO celebrations event brought together the crème de la crème of both the business community and government, Hon. Henry Kosgey, EGH, MP, Minister for Industrialization was the Guest of Honor. For years, the general public confused EAPCC, the firm, with the brand, Blue Triangle cement. Among other things, this meant that the Company had no independent identity, in the public's mind and eye, from the hugely popular brand. Read More
2009 Quattro Charge
EAPCC proudly hosted the first stage of the 2009 Quattro Charge - 4 X 4 Trail Challenge championship at the Kunkur Quarry grounds. KENYA SAFARI RALLY 2009
The KCB Safari Rally was held on 3rd - 5th April 2009. In what was the greatest turned out rally in recent years, fans got to be up-close and personal with the automotive world's finest machines. With over 70 entrants in this year's Safari, the fans were up for some high octane performance driving from the teams as each sought the coveted "Safari Rally Winner's" trophy. Read More
