
EAPCC OPENS CBD OFFICES -7th October 2009
The East African Portland Cement Company (EAPCC) officially opened its new corporate headquarters at Taj Towers in the city’s Upper hill area, establishing a CBD presence for the first time in the manufacturer’s 76-year-long history, yesterday (Wednesday October 7, 2009).
Located in Taj Tower’s third floor, the HQ is a state-of-the-art hub that will increase and improve the range of services offered by EAPCC.
The Sales and Marketing team will have offices at the Taj.
Being in town, EAPCC will be nearer to many customers who find the Athi River HQ and road conditions a bit of a bother.
The Commercial team will be able to use the Taj office to consolidate their efforts in acquiring more market share in the capital city, which is one of EAPCC’s largest markets as well as facilitating sales to the region.
Speaking as he cut the ribbon to officially open the new office, EAPCC Chairman, Mr. Mark ole Karbolo said the facility “presents EAPCC with a one-stop hub that takes the Company’s products and services nearer to the CBD customer”.
