A. Customer care answers all your enquiries or complaint. The team also offers quality service in handling these matters. Our aim is to make your visit or phone call a one-stop affair. We ensure you get prompt, courteous and professional service. Feel free to share your suggestions with any of our customer care executives.

Q. How can I get detailed information about the company?

A. We roll out a bi-monthly magazine called The BLUE Banner. This magazine has detailed information about the company’s corporate activities. You may also visit our website: www.eastafricanportland.com.

Q. What is unique about your cement?

A. Our uniqueness comes from the high quality of the raw materials used and the efficacy of our production process. Our cement is also lighter in colour that adds a brilliant finish to your end product.

Q. Where are your depots situated and how do I contact them?

A. You may get a list of our depots from any of our customer care executives. Please visit our offices in Athi River and a copy will be made available to you.

Q. How do I order for cement?

A. Our sales team is ready and well equipped to offer any assistance in cement orders. You may contact them on telephone number 045- 22777or 045-20627 Monday to Saturday between 6am and 10pm.

Q. What mode of payment is used for purchasing cement?

A. We accept bankers cheques, cash deposit slips from our appointed banks and bank guarantees.

Q. Which are the appointed banks?

A. Kenya Commercial Bank – Kitengela and Moi Avenue branches, Co-operative Bank, Athi River branch, Standard Chartered, Kenyatta Avenue branch.

Q. What is the price of your cement?

A. Please contact our customer care executives for information on this.

Q. What is the procedure for becoming a transporter or a distributor?

A. Our sales team is ready and well equipped to offer any advice on how to become a transporter or distributor. You may contact the sales office on telephone number 045-22777or 045-20627 between 6am and 10pm Monday to Saturday.

Q. How do I become a supplier?

A. Our Procurement Department handles this. For further information please contact them on 045-22277 or 045-20627 between 7:45 am and 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.
